How to book Parent Teacher Interviews

Holy Spirit Academy uses the Parent Portal to book Parent Teacher Interviews.  

This year we will be hosting Online Interviews through ZOOM. The zoom link will be sent to you in the email confirmation after clicking submit. 

Parents MUST book their own interviews, to make it easier, please see the instructions below. 

We are more than happy to walk you through the process if you contact the office prior to noon on the 26. We are unable to assist after that time.

The booking portal will open Friday, November 20 at noon

The booking portal will close & Early Dismissal for Students:  Thursday, November 26 at noon 

NO SCHOOL - Friday, November 27, 2020

Parent-Teacher Conferences   **On-line Virtual Meeting Only**

Step 1: Login to the Parent Portal, https://powerschool.redeemer.ab.ca/public/home.html.

Step 2: From the Main Grades and Attendance screen, click on this icon

 

Step 3: The box below will open. Click on the SchoolSoft Conference Manager option as indicated.

       Any students attached to your Parent Portal account and their schools will pop-up.

Step 4: Click on the name of the school to access their booking system. (This step must be completed for each school individually).

Step 5: Click on the Parent/Teacher Session available, select the teachers you wish to see, choose from the available interview time-slots and choose the student. Interviews will be via zoom this year. Click SUBMIT to finalize your booking. A zoom link will be sent to you in the confirmation email after clicking submit.
