Parent Portal Instructions for Forms
To find forms in the Parent Portal, please complete the following steps:
1. Log onto your PowerSchool Parent Portal. Forms are not accessible from the Mobile Powerschool App. The link to the portal is: Parent Portal, If you have forgotten your username or password, please click the Forgot Username or Forgot Password link
2. Once you have logged in, you will see Grades and Attendance and this menu on the left of your screen. Click on SchoolEngage and it will launch the program. ****If you are using a mobile device you will see a small side arrow at the top by your childs' name, click this to access the following menu.
3. Click on students and it will open a list of your children within your Parent Portal Account. Click on a students name to access the Student Information Update (you will need to select each childs' name to complete each form individually).
4. After clicking on a student’s name, the following menu will be available on the top right corner. Any forms (Student Information Updates, Registration Forms etc) attached to your children will be here (each child has their own page).
***(Do not click on the green new button, this is for bus change requests only)****
Please remember to use the arrows to move through the pages and not the number tabs. Once you have gone through all pages, click Submit to finish your form.
